Fort Smith Community Workforce Development Partners

AAEF is seeking community-based organizations (CBOs), training providers, and workforce partners to collaborate on delivering workforce development services related to three high-priority residential and commercial job areas identified in AAEF’s 2025 job survey:

  • Energy Efficiency Auditors/Engineers/Installers

  • HVAC and Controls Install and Maintenance

  • Advanced Manufacturing


This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aims to identify experienced, mission-aligned partners who can provide services related to expanding the energy industry career pipeline in Fort Smith. Selected organizations will join a collaborative effort to expand access to careers in the advanced energy sectors, especially for communities that have historically faced barriers to employment.
