C-PACE Market Research and Lead Generation RFQ
Arkansas Advanced Energy Foundation (AAEF) seeks support identifying potential Commercial Property Assessed Capital Expenditure (C-PACE) projects in Pulaski County, Arkansas, with an emphasis on opportunities within Low-Income and Disadvantaged Communities (LIDACs) and on projects generally up to $500,000 in total project cost. In addition, we seek connections to workforce development and feedback on the overall C-PACE program to strengthen outreach, accessibility, and market uptake.
