Programs Coordinator
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas (Remote/Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director Position Published: Monday, July 20, 2026
Position Summary
The Programs Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Foundation's education, workforce development, outreach, and organizational initiatives. This position provides day-to-day coordination across multiple programs while serving as a central support resource for communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, events, and administrative operations.
Working closely with all staff, the Programs Coordinator helps implement projects, strengthen partnerships, coordinate outreach activities, and develop resources that expand the Foundation's impact across Arkansas. This position also supports the planning and development of specific grant initiatives by coordinating stakeholder engagement, research, program design activities, and grant implementation.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience coordinating meetings, events, or community outreach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and project management software.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team.
Passion for public service, workforce development, education, and/or community engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Administration, Education, Marketing, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Two or more years of experience coordinating programs, grants, communications, or community initiatives.
Experience supporting federally funded grants or nonprofit programs.
Familiarity with workforce development, education, economic development, or the energy industry.
Experience using CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or project management software.

Pay commensurate with experience; expected range is $52,000-$62,000
