SkillSync
The Arkansas Advanced Energy Foundation hosts quarterly workforce calls called SkillSync as part of its SkillStream project. The calls offer Arkansas’ advanced energy employers and training institutions a platform to share workforce needs and opportunities, align training and career development practices, and collaborate with training providers, government agencies, and other partners to address industry workforce challenges.
